Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.


Free Shipping

BBR MEDSPA offers free standard shipping on all orders.
No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Carriers

BBR MEDSPA ships using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

BBR MEDSPA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. Orders will not be refunded.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, BBR MEDSPA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If tracking information shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.


Final Sale Acknowledgment

All orders are final sale. BBR MEDSPA does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service.
